Roupiller is a familiar/slang verb meaning to sleep or doze, equivalent to 'to kip' or 'to snooze' in informal English. It is not used in formal writing. The noun roupillon ('a nap, a kip') is derived from it — piquer un roupillon means 'to have a quick nap'.
