Finlandais means 'Finnish' (relating to Finland) as an adjective, and as a noun refers to a Finnish person or the Finnish language; capitalised Finlandais is the noun for a person, lowercase the adjective. Note that finnois is also used, especially for the language itself (parler finnois).
