Bluffer is a direct loanword from English 'to bluff', used in card games and everyday speech. The noun bluff (masculine) is also used unchanged. In French, bluffer quelqu'un means 'to fool' or 'to impress' someone, sometimes with a slightly broader sense than English 'bluff'.
