Séducteur can be a noun ('a seducer/charmer') or an adjective ('seductive'). The feminine form is séductrice. While it can be complimentary, it often carries a slightly predatory or manipulative connotation. The related verb is séduire and the noun séduction (feminine) means 'seduction/charm'.
