Sorcellerie is the practice of magic or witchcraft. The practitioner is a sorcier (m) or sorcière (f). In informal speech, c'est pas de la sorcellerie (it's not rocket science / it's no witchcraft) means something is straightforward. Related: un sort (a spell).
