Portrait refers to a painted, drawn, or photographic likeness, and also to a written description of a person's character (faire le portrait de quelqu'un). The phrase tout le portrait de means 'the spitting image of' — c'est tout le portrait de sa mère means 'he's the spitting image of his mother'. Note the silent final t.
