Usage Note
Normalement is used to state what is expected or habitual (normalement, il arrive à neuf heures) but also to hedge plans ('supposedly, all going well'). It is more provisional-sounding than d'habitude ('by habit'), which is purely descriptive.

Literal Translation
Normally, she gets home before eight.
