Usage Note
Lèche-cul is a vulgar, highly familiar term for a sycophant or someone who flatters others for personal gain — the register equivalent of English 'brown-noser' or 'arse-licker'. The less offensive synonym is lèche-bottes ('bootlicker'). Both are invariable in form. Use in formal contexts is impossible; even in casual speech it is considered coarse.
Examples
"Ce lèche-cul obtient toujours les meilleures missions."
Natural Translation
That brown-noser always gets the best assignments.
