Exaspérer means to push someone to the limit of their patience. It is stronger than agacer (to annoy) and implies repeated or accumulated irritation: Tu m'exaspères! The reflexive s'exaspérer means to become increasingly frustrated. The adjective exaspérant(e) describes something or someone maddening.
