Usage Note
Confort is a near-direct borrowing from English (itself from Old French conforter). The adjective confortable means 'comfortable', and confortablement means 'comfortably'. Tout confort is a real-estate phrase meaning 'fully equipped with modern amenities'. Note that confort does not mean 'to comfort' (that is réconforter).
