Also means
every
Usage Note
Chaque is an invariable adjective — it never changes for gender or number and is always followed by a singular noun (chaque jour = each day). It should not be confused with chacun/chacune (each one), the corresponding pronoun. Chaque is a back-formation from chacun, which carries the Latin quisque element.
Examples
"Chaque matin, il boit du café."
Natural Translation
Each morning, he drinks coffee.
