Vêtu is the past participle of vêtir, used as an adjective to describe how someone is dressed: bien vêtu (well-dressed), chaudement vêtu (warmly dressed). It is somewhat more literary than habillé (dressed), which is the everyday word. The feminine is vêtue; the plural forms are vêtus / vêtues.
