Usage Note

Spécifiquement narrows a statement to one particular aspect or group, equivalent to English 'specifically' or 'in particular'. It is more formal than particulièrement and is common in academic, legal, and technical writing. Unlike notamment, it excludes other cases rather than singling one out from many.
