Usage Note
Spécial follows normal adjective agreement: spéciale (f.), spéciaux (m. pl.), spéciales (f. pl.). The phrase rien de spécial ('nothing special') is a very common everyday expression. Like most descriptive adjectives, it normally follows the noun (un cas spécial).
