Usage Note

Réalisé as an adjective describes something that has been accomplished or brought to completion — un rêve réalisé is a fulfilled dream. It can also describe a person who feels self-fulfilled (se sentir réalisé). As a past participle of réaliser it covers directing a film as well: un film réalisé par Godard.
