Usage Note
Rogne is an informal, colloquial word for irritation or simmering anger. The set phrase être en rogne (to be in a foul mood / furious) is far more common than the bare noun. It carries a stronger, more visceral tone than colère.

Natural Translation
He is still angry at his boss.
Literal Translation
He is still in a foul mood against his boss.
