Rangé is the past participle of ranger used as an adjective. Applied to objects it means neatly put away; applied to a person it means someone who has settled down or leads a respectable life: un homme rangé (a steady, respectable man). The feminine is rangée and it can also describe a vie rangée (an orderly, settled life).
