Parfait is masculine; the feminine form is parfaite. As a noun, le parfait refers to a grammatical tense (the perfect) or a frozen dessert in French cuisine (un parfait au chocolat). The phrase c'est parfait! (that's perfect!) is extremely common in everyday conversation as a sign of approval.
