Humilié is the past participle of humilier used as an adjective; the feminine is humiliée. It describes a person who has been made to feel degraded, whether publicly or privately. The related noun humiliation is identical in form to English. Honteux (ashamed) is a near-synonym but implies the person accepts blame.
