Dos is invariable in spelling — the plural is also dos (the final 's' is always silent). Common expressions include dans le dos (behind one's back, literally and figuratively), tourner le dos à (to turn one's back on), and avoir le dos au mur (to have one's back against the wall). Dos à dos means back to back.
