Crédible is invariable for gender — un témoin crédible, une source crédible. The noun is crédibilité (f). Compare incroyable (incredible/unbelievable) which has a stronger emotional charge. In political commentary, perdre sa crédibilité (to lose one's credibility) is a very common phrase.
