Usage Note
Blâmer means to assign blame or censure someone — slightly more formal than reprocher (to reproach). Blâme as a noun is also an official disciplinary reprimand in French bureaucratic and school contexts (recevoir un blâme). To 'not blame someone' for something is often expressed as je ne t'en blâme pas (I don't blame you for it).
Examples
"Elle ne peut s'en prendre qu'à elle-même, personne ne la blâme."
Natural Translation
She has only herself to blame; nobody blames her.
