Bisou is the everyday, affectionate word for a kiss, more casual than baiser (which, as a noun, can be vulgar in modern French). Faire un bisou means 'to give a kiss'. It is also used at the end of informal messages and texts, similar to 'kisses' or 'xo' in English.
