Usage Note
Anticorps is the standard medical and scientific term for the proteins produced by the immune system to neutralise pathogens; it is always masculine and the singular and plural forms are identical in spelling (un anticorps, des anticorps). It became widely known to the general public during the COVID-19 pandemic.
