Usage Note

Zizi is a child's informal word for penis, equivalent to 'willy' in British English or 'pee-pee' in American English. It is entirely childlike in register and not vulgar. The word gained wide popular recognition in France through the 1974 novelty song Le Zizi by Pierre Perret.
