Usage Note
Soussigné is a formal, legal term meaning 'the undersigned' — the person who has signed a document. It is used almost exclusively in written administrative or legal French: Je soussigné(e)... ('I, the undersigned...'). The feminine form is soussignée. Outside legal documents it would sound archaic or ironic.
Examples
"Je soussigné déclare avoir reçu ce document."
Natural Translation
I, the undersigned, declare having received this document.
