Usage Note

Secundo is a formal or slightly archaic adverb used in enumeration, paired with primo ('firstly') and sometimes tertio ('thirdly'). It appears mainly in written argumentation or ironic speech. In everyday French, deuxièmement or en second lieu is far more common.
