Usage Note
Raviser is almost always used reflexively as se raviser, meaning to think again and reverse a decision. It implies a sudden or last-minute change of heart, often surprising to others. You would not use it for a long, deliberate reconsideration.

Natural Translation
She was about to leave but she changed her mind.
Literal Translation
She was-going to-leave but she herself has reconsidered.
