Usage Note
Pizza is borrowed from Italian and is fully integrated into French. The plural pizzas (not pizze) is standard in French. The person who makes pizzas is a pizzaïolo (from Italian), and a pizza restaurant is often called a pizzeria in French as well.
Examples
