Usage Note
Nécessairement is often used to assert logical consequence, similar to 'by necessity'. A common learner trap: pas nécessairement means 'not necessarily', a useful hedging phrase in conversation. Unlike forcément, it sounds more formal and written.
Examples
"Ce n'est pas nécessairement vrai."
Natural Translation
That is not necessarily true.
