Usage Note
inexplicable is invariable in form for masculine and feminine (un phénomène inexplicable / une disparition inexplicable). The adverb is inexplicablement. French speakers also use inexpliqué (unexplained) when referring to something that simply hasn't been explained yet, a subtle distinction from inexplicable (which cannot be explained).
Examples
"Sa disparition reste inexplicable."
Natural Translation
His disappearance remains inexplicable.
