Disposer most commonly appears in the construction disposer de + noun, meaning to have something available (vous disposez de 30 minutes — you have 30 minutes). As a transitive verb it means to arrange or lay out objects. The reflexive se disposer à means to be about to do something. The noun is disposition (à votre disposition — at your disposal).
