Usage Note
Cuit is the past participle of cuire (to cook), used as an adjective: bien cuit (well done), trop cuit (overcooked). Informally, être cuit means to be done for or in trouble (on est cuits = we're finished). The feminine form is cuite; une cuite as a noun means a drinking binge.
