Brouillé is the past participle of brouiller (to mix up, to scramble, to fall out). Des oeufs brouillés are scrambled eggs. Être brouillé avec quelqu'un means 'to have fallen out with someone.' Le ciel est brouillé means the sky is overcast. The feminine is brouillée.
