Usage Note
Bosse (feminine noun) refers to a physical bump or hump — on the road (une bosse sur la route), or the natural hump of a camel (une bosse de chameau). Figuratively, avoir la bosse de quelque chose means to have a natural talent for something: avoir la bosse des maths ('to have a knack for maths') is a very common expression.
Examples

Natural Translation
He has a big bump on his forehead.
